Conclusion and recommendations: The findings of present study revealed that the implementation of the educational program resulted in a significant improvement of nurses’ performance regarding pre and post hysterectomy surgery immediately and one month after program compared to preprogram. Planned sustainable training program to upgrade nurse's skills and knowledge to care for women with hysterectomy.
