Setting: the study was conducted at El Mahala El-kobra General Hospital which affiliated to the Ministry of Health and Population. The subjects: all (N= 200) available nurses at intensive care units who are working at the time of data collection were included in the study. Tools: Data was collected by using two tools. 1) Nurses’ performance of nursing process observational checklist. 2) Non-technical skills of nurses' questionnaire. Results: The result showed that more than two- thirds (71.0%) of nurses had satisfied level in performing total technical skills and less than two -thirds (63%) of nurses had satisfied level in total non – technical skills. Conclusion: There was significant positive correlation between overall observed nurses' technical skills and their overall non-technical skills.
